Returns Policy

We at A to Z cycles, inc. do our best to represent our products as accurately as possible, however, mistakes can happen. In the event that you need to return an item or have problems with an order please contact us immediately in store, via email at contactus@aotzcycles.comor by phone at 302-632-2272.

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or receipt.

All returns will be credited back to the original purchasing account, credit/debit card or put on a store gift card. No cash refunds.

All return items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

All return items must be returned in purchased condition.

All return items must be in or accompanied by original packaging including instructions and all hardware to receive full credit.

No returns or exchanges accepted on closeout or clearance items.

No returns or exchanges accepted on items specified “As Is”.

All returns are at the discretion of A to Z cycles, inc.

For online orders:

All returns must be pre-authorized by us and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

Once a return has been authorized you will be sent a Return Label via email, mail or fax.

Please use original packaging for return items if possible, unless otherwise arranged.

No refunds will be authorized until items have been received and inspected.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Label.

No C.O.D’s will be accepted, any item’s sent C.O.D will be declined.

Incorrect items:

A to Z cycles, inc. error:

If you received an incorrect item all costs associated with that item will be refunded and if possible the correct item will be shipped out immediately. We will make arrangements to have the incorrect item picked up by supplying you with a Return Label. If unable to supply correct item then a full refund will be authorized including shipping costs.

Customer error:

If an item was ordered incorrectly it may be returned or exchanged if it meets the above listed criteria. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received then the customer will receive a refund equal to the purchase price of the item less a 25% re-stocking fee. In the event that the item was exchanged then the re-stocking fee will be waived.

Special Order items:

These items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer’s defect resulting in a possible warranty claim. All warranty claims must be handled by a manager, see below for more information on Manufacturer’s Warranty handling.

It is strongly recommended that you verify the item purchased is the correct item needed before opening any manufacturers packaging. If you determine that it was the wrong item or you simply do not want it, then we may consider allowing you to return the item if it is a popular part that can be resold. These returns will be considered on a case by case basis. It must be in the original packaging and unopened to be considered for return. A store credit only will be issued.

Parts used or installed incorrectly, handled improperly or damaged may will not be considered for return or exchange.

Shipping Damage:

We pride ourselves in doing everything possible to prevent shipping damage, despite our best efforts sometimes damage still occurs. When your package arrives, if it has damage please notify us immediately. We will then advise you as to what the next step will need to be to resolve this matter based on the extent of damage.

Manufacturer’s Warranty:

Please contact us immediately if you feel that you have a defective part as each manufacturer has different requirements for warranty issues. As a reseller of new aftermarket parts, we do not guarantee the items sold by us or warranty the merchantability and fitness of purpose. Manufacturers supply their own warranties and guaranties and most of them do not permit a reseller to make any adjustment, replace any part or accept for return or exchange any defective or unsatisfactory item. Please follow the warranty instructions when provided by the manufacturer. Any damages arising from the design or manufacturing of any item are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. We will do our best to help you navigate and resolve the issue with the manufacturer whenever possible but cannot guarantee the outcome.
